He is survived by: his fiancé Kelly Smith; his children, Tony Nelson Locklear of Raeford, Linda McMillan (Archie) of Pembroke, Melissa Locklear of Maxton, Heather Leggett of Maxton and Nikki Locklear (Howard Pierce Jr) of Red Springs; his stepdaughters, Cheyenne Smith and Selena Rogers; his siblings, Don Locklear of Laurinburg, Sky Locklear of Pembroke, Dixon Locklear of Maxton, Presley Locklear of McCall, Randall Locklear of Red Springs, Dymaries Locklear of Maxton, Mary Locklear of Pembroke, Mundy Locklear of Pembroke and Sarah Henderson of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Isiah, Ta'Liyah, Navajo, Aydin, Lee'Onna, Lyn'ari, Kaleigh, Caleah, Haileigh, Maleah, Antonio Jr., Nathaniel, Triston and Jacob'; and his close friends, Tony Martin, Percy and Virginia Smith of McColl. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
