She is survived by: her children, Jessie Locklear, Jr. (Nicole) of Pembroke, Peter Lynn Locklear (Cheryel) of Suffolk, VA, Julius Devon Locklear (Mary Melissa) of Maxton, Amberine Marlree Bullard (Mike) of Laurinburg and Brandon Phillip Locklear of Laurinburg; and her siblings, Fentress Locklear of Rowland, Charles Locklear (Delinda) of Lumberton, Mary Liza Oxendine of Pembroke, Doris Locklear of Maxton, Janice Locklear of St. Pauls, Bessie Chmura of Lumberton, Vivian Smiling of Maxton, Deborah Locklear of Pembroke and Tammy Locklear of Pembroke. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
