He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Andrew Pruett and Marie Queen Pruett; and his wife Mary Helen Weatherford Pruett. He is survived by: his children, Rev. Doug Pruett (Donna) of Casar and Lisa Larsen (Kevin) of Polkville; his grandchildren, Sally Hamrick (John), Adam Larsen (Kylie), Lindsay Bralley (Ryan), Daniel Pruett, Maggie Tate, Megan Carpenter (Josh), Leah Crow and Spencer Crow (Amber); and his great grandchildren, Brett, Will, Samantha, Holly, Mason, Case, Lucy, Edison, Ryland, Evans, Kinley, Logan, Haven, August, Norah, Evie, Hazel and Josie.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Burns High School Athletic Department to support football, baseball, and men's soccer programs.
