He is survived by: his children, Linda White of Lawndale and Dwight Self (Tasha) of Lawndale; his son-in-law Pete Causby of Lawndale; his grandchildren, Donnie Daniels, Scotty Daniels, Jonathan Causby, Terry Self, Calvin White, Alex White and Anna Massey; and his siblings, David Self of Bostic, Lula Mae Hudson of Georgia, Sue Hunt of Bostic, Ella Hurdt of Ellenboro and Martha Hamrick of Shelby. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
