We bid farewell to Jimmy Propst (Lawndale, North Carolina), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 1, 2025 at the age of 83. Jimmy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Clyde Propst and Rebecca Dixon Propst; his daughter-in-law Mary Propst; his brothers-in-law, Bobby Hamrick and Lon Canipe; and his nephew Jason Hamrick.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy White Propst; his children, Jerry Propst of Mountain View, Danny Propst of Belwood and Jill Minnich (Richard) of Franklinville; his sister Judy Propst Canipe of Belwood; his grandchildren, Ben, Brian Propst, Tucker Minnich (Caroline) and Will Minnich (Selene); his great grandchildren, Isabella, Mckenzie and Kaiden; and his nephew Joel Hamrick. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
