We announce the death of Billy Scott Bullins of Lawsonville, North Carolina, born in Reidsville, North Carolina, who passed away on July 29, 2026, at the age of 61. Billy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior "Pinto" Shelburn and Norma Jean "Jeanie" Bullins; his grandparents, Marvin, Trudy Bullins, Cliff and Essie Pringle; his brother Frank Bullins; his sister-in-law Rhonda Bullins; and his aunts and uncles, Noble, Nancy and Shirley Bullins.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bradberry Bullins; his daughters, Tashia B. Corns (Jonathan) and Tabitha Bullins; his grandchildren, Shine, Ethan, Tyler, Leia, Aidan and Bella; his great grandchildren, Harper and Xavier; his nephew Austin Willard; and his close friend Rob Atkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral Home Stokes Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
