She was predeceased by : her husband Roy Martin; her parents, Rose Healey and Jeremiah Healey; and her siblings, Mary Dowd and Neil Healey.

She is survived by : her pets, French and Oliver; her daughter Heidi Huinker; and her stepsons, Greg Martin and Jon Martin. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; 3 nieces and 2 nephews.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Rich and Thompson Chapel (207 E Elm St, Graham, NC 27253). A reception was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
