He is survived by: his wife Jackie Sluder Justice; his children, Joshua Justice (Whitney), Jason Justice (Julie) and Hannah Sammons (Cody); his grandson Roan Justice (Billy Justice); and his siblings, Debbie Hall (George), Marshall Justice (Karen), Maxine Rice (Ronald), Grady Justice (Gaylyn), Shirley Justice, Roger Justice, Sandra Wykle (Ricky) and Vickie Allman (Alvin).

Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cross Roads Baptist Church (18 Tony Lunsford Dr, Leicester, NC 28748). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
