She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Baker and Lillian Sposky Baker; and her brothers, Louis and Frank Baker. She is survived by: her husband Sidney Howell Sr.; her children, Shae Howell, Katherine Howell, Laura Borowski (Steven), Marleen Witter (Daniel), Sidney Howell Jr. (Etsuko) and Spencer Howell; her siblings, Bonnie Kahn, Tammy Baker (Renee) and Lenny Baker; her sister-in-law Alice Baker; her grandchildren, Christopher, Daniel West, Ethan, Kaitlyn Caldwell, Kai Howell, Kyah Witter, Avery Crowe and Maya Witter; her great grandchild Kason Thorpe; and her nephew Ed Kahn (Amy). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (91 Monticello Rd, Weaverville, NC 28787). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
