She is survived by: her children, Dennis Sams (Karen) and Karen Marie Webb (Ray Dean); and her grandchildren, William Forest Sams (Anna), Nathan Thomas Sams (Lauren), Lindsey Beth Fetrow (Kevin), Todd Dean Webb (Kim), Donald Ray Webb (Mary), Anita Marie Webb Fillers (Josh) and Rev. Nathan Sams.
