Surrett; her children, Donnie Surrett (Patsy), Lara Sluder (Adam) and Charlie Surrett (April); her grandchildren, Tommy Surrett (Elizabeth), Shelby Surrett (Michael), Grace Surrett and Charity Sluder; her great grandchild Blakley Surrett; and her siblings, Grace Surrett (Ricky), Pearl Justice, Diane Justice, Norma Justice and Ronnie Justice (Louise). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
