He is survived by: his sons, James Michael Miller (Kerrie) and Joseph Daniel Miller (Angelita); his sister Sherry Rice; his aunt Laura Ward; his grandchildren, Austin, Anthony, Kellie, Skyler and Mikey; and his great grandchildren, Kourtney "Scooter", Tyson, Lilli and Harrison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
