He was predeceased by: his parents, James Miller and Edith Miller; and his brother Jim Miller. He is survived by: his wife Judy Robinson Miller; his children, Randy Miller (Elizabeth), Stacy Miller and Shannon Miller Keever (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brittany Keever Hicks (Karl), Courtney Keever Spala (Daniel), Austin Keever (Hannah) and Kaden Hicks; and his siblings, Judy Miller McElreath (Gerald), Jerry Miller, Doug Miller (Trish) and Debbie Miller Pressley (Richard). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Brick Church Cemetery (343 Old N C 63, Leicester, NC 28748).
