He is survived by: his son Rev. Mark Lewis (Connie); his son-in-law Ben Reeves; his grandchildren, Christine Jones (Jeremey), John Lewis (Katie), Morgan Reeves (Dalton) and Lesley Reeves (Brian); his great grandchildren, Lincoln Jones, Lizzie Jones, Liam Lewis, Bennett Jones and Claire Lewis; and his wife Patricia Evans Lewis.
