Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Anders-Rice Funeral Home (1428 Patton Ave, Asheville, NC 28806). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Black Mountain Home for Children, an organization close to Penny's heart.
