As Richard departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Richard leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Uit Parham and Bertha Payne Parham; his sister Joyce Coffey; and his sister-in-law Ivanell Parham. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Moore Parham; his son Steven Parham (Debbie); his granddaughter Kaleigh Parham; his brother Herman Parham; and his sibling's children, Jennifer Duncan (Bill) and Brian Parham. He is also survived by other nieces and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain View Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery (18 Tony Lunsford Dr, Leicester, NC 28748).
