With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Snelson Jb (Leicester, North Carolina), who passed away on June 21, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Woodrow and Edna Rice Snelson; his wife Alma Lee Ferguson Snelson; and his siblings, Johnny Woodrow Snelson and Peggy Jean Taylor.
He is survived by: his children, Lynne Snelson Dorsey and Jay Bradrick Snelson (Melanie Reid Snelson); and his grandchildren, Chesney, Savannah, Bradshaw, True Snelson, Will and Jed Dorsey.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Newfound Baptist Church (2605 New Leicester Hwy, Leicester, NC 28748). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
