He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Rollins, Sr. and Florence Rollins (Whitmer); his siblings, Frank A. Rollins, Jr., Claire Eldridge, Anna Mae Martin, Mary Koenig, Doris Downs Inskeep and Gertie Graves; his granddaughter Brittany Meghan Rollins; and his pets, Che-Che, Brandi and Shadow.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Rollins (Rubin); his children, Tony Rollins (Cathy) of Southport, NC and Cheri Counselman of Southport, NC; his grandchildren, Kaden Edwards (Bradi) of Mooresville, NC, Matthew Counselman of Chantilly, VA, Mellisa Counselman of Arlington, VA and Ashley Bekampis (Michael) of Garner, NC; his great grandchildren, Parker Meghan Bekampis and Lainey Catherine Bekampis of Garner, NC; and his siblings, Charlotte Dameron of Falls Church, VA, Barbara Justice of Lovettsville, VA and Eddie Rollins of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
