She was predeceased by : her parents, Carl B Long and Bertha B Brown. She is survived by : her husband James C Bailey, Jr. of Leland, NC; her sister Johanna Monogan (Bill) of Summerville, SC; her nieces and nephews, Ronnie Bailey (Sandy) of Aston, PA and Jaime Bailey (Tyler Gates) of Indian Trail; her grandchildren, Kaleigh Spoon (Hunter) of Hampstead, NC and Jacob Odell of Wilmington, NC.; and her great grandchild Maisie Jae Spoon.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at the Eastwood Community Church (702 Eastwood Rd, Wilmington, NC 28403).
