She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Graham Bitts and Hallie Oswalt Bitts; and her siblings, Donald Richard Bitts and MaryAnn Bitts Fuhrman. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Allen Bitts; her sons, Stephen Gallagher (Marie) of Bayville, NJ and William Gallagher (Debra) of Leland, NC; her grandchildren, Stephen, Kari, April and William; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Adison and Brady. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
