It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Balow of Leland, North Carolina, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Balow and Lillian Balow; his brother Steve Balow; and his son-in-law Ed Boso. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Katie Mathews (Brian), Diana Boso and Dave Balow (Danielle); his grandchildren, Anthony Mathews (Téa Rose), Edwin Boso II, Lillian Boso, Owen Balow, Heidi Balow, Violet Boso, Annabelle Boso and Evelyn Balow; and his sisters, Connie Thompson (John) and Susan Miller (Don).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (1013 Eastwood Rd, Wilmington, NC 28403).
