Palmer) and Heaven; his wife Wanda; his children, Melody Casteen and David Palmer, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Christopher Casteen of Leland, NC, Mackenzie and Chase Palmer of Wilmington, NC.. He was also cherished by his three brothers, as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
