She is survived by: her son Richard William Smith (Anna Skinner); her grandchildren, Olivia and Grayson; the father of her children Ricky Smith; her siblings, Debby Brokaw (Guy), David Leake (Teresa) and Dennis Leake (Lisa); and her siblings-in-law, Peggy and Mike Wilson. She is also survived by her family, and her unwavering care for animals.
