He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Gaither Patrick and Aggie Mae Jacobs; and his siblings, W. L. "Garland" Patrick, Aussie Ree "Reba" Roberson, Shirley Mae Davis, Annie V. Graham and Lottie Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Trevor Patrick of Kelly, Brett Patrick (Candice Patrick) of Castle Hayne and Alisha Patrick (Jesse Collins) of Lake Waccamaw; his siblings, Rev. Kermit Patrick of Buckhead, Willie N. Patrick of Council, Charlie L. Patrick (Deborah) of Buckhead, Winda Patrick (Linda) of Buckhead, Delton Patrick (Janice) of Buckhead, Marjorie Lynn Kilgore of Temple, GA, Veda Young (Rufus Young) of Lake Waccamaw, Norma Brayboy (Otis) of Council and Frances Mitchell (Timothy) of Lake Waccamaw; his siblings-in-law, Ethel Patrick and Herbert R. Graham; his grandchildren, Tavis Patrick and Kirsten Patrick; and his great grandchildren, Jack Patrick and Haven Matute. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
