She is survived by: her husband Roger Ray Garst, Sr.; her siblings, James Barnes of Elizabeth, PA, Karen Bittner of Elizabeth, PA and Nancy Horrell of Wilmington, NC.; and her grandchildren, Haylei Garst Bruce (Rory Bruce) of Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Trae Garst of Shallotte, NC and Brooke Garst Jones (Chris Jones) of Shallotte.
