He was predeceased by: his parents, Morrison B. Watkins, Sr. and Lillian Pearl Rabon Watkins; and his brothers, William Roger Watkins, Donald Ray Watkins and John Thompson Watkins.
He is survived by: his wife Linda B. Watkins; his sons, Timothy Michael Watkins (Patricia) of Beulaville, NC and Christopher Matthew Watkins (Traci) of Currie, NC; his grandchildren, Brittany Burnett, Cameron Watkins, Paige Hales and Hayden Watkins; his great grandchildren, Jaiden Stallings, Brooklyn Hales, Parker Hales, Jackson Hales, Wrenley Watkins and Braxtyn Burnett; and his brother David Watkins (Amy) of King, NC..
