She was predeceased by: her sisters, Jacqueline Kern and Sandy Martynowski; her husband Scott; and her parent Mary Lou. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Nicole Maphis, Chrissy Maphis and Michael Maphis; and her sisters, Judith Schmidt and Angel Kern.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Patti's (9150 Winding Oaks Ct NE, Leland, NC 28451).
