She was predeceased by : her parents, Romley Smith and Martha Smith; her husband William G. Wager; her son Marvin Earl Beard; and her siblings, Louise, Eloise, Verbie, Vergie, Marry and Paul Smith.

She is survived by : her grandson Vince Beard; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Russell, Reece Russell, Katie Fister, Hailey Beard, Isabella Beard and Jameson Beard.
