With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert L. Ward of Leland, North Carolina, born in Whiteville, North Carolina, who passed away on October 29, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Onslow L. Ward and Emma Blackburn Ward; and his daughter Edna Carolyn Wilson. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Carolyn Poole Ward; and his children, Ginger Lynn Taylor (Norman), Robert "Robbie" Ward, Jr. and Sandra Wilson. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
