She was predeceased by : her parents, John Ponczynski and Rose Bolinski Ponczynski; her brothers, Harry Ponczynski and John Ponczynski; and her son Chester Frances Rutkowski, Jr..

She is survived by : her daughters, Rosie Sams (John), Diane Popiela (Tim), Susan Zeh and Karen Brown; and her husband Chester Frances Rutkowski, Sr.. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren and 27 Great-Grandchildren and her Great-Great-Grandson.
