He is survived by: his wife Betty Walker Sullivan; his children, Debbie Marquez (Al), Stephen Sullivan (Tina), Daryl Sullivan and Dawn McCumbee; his grandchildren, Christopher (Sammie), Cody (Brenda), Morgan Hoover (Nick), Brittany Brock (Evan), Matthew McCumbee and Cameron; his great grandchildren, Braydon, Braxton, Brently, Kameron, Jaxon, Aubrey, Jolene, Easton, Rogan, Dakota and Madison; his siblings, Lloyd Sullivan (Jackie) and Frances Bohicak; his mother-in-law Mary Walker; and his sisters-in-law, Annette Walker and Faye Chestnut.
