She was predeceased by: her parents, Luin Gregory and Judy Bell Hemric Gregory. She is survived by: her husband Julius Adolph Coffey; her children, Tammy Woody of Lenoir and Clinton Elledge (Tonya) of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Dustin Elledge, Dalton Elledge, Dennis Smithey and Kayla Elledge; her great grandchildren, Leeland Poarch, Kaylee Poarch, Harley Triplett, Nataile Triplett and Kyler Triplett; her stepmother Louise Day Gregory; and her siblings, Geraldine Mitchell (Dean) of Hamptonville and O'Dell Gregory (Dianne) of Greensboro.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the Reins-Sturdivant Funeral Home (270 Armory Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Reins - Sturdivant Chapel. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery (3982 Clingman Rd, Ronda, NC 28670).
