It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Jean Lowe Price of Lenoir, North Carolina, who passed away on April 28, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lawton Lowe and Gladys Hester Franklin Lowe; her husband Paul Lemond Price; her daughter Judy Marie Price Greene; her son-in-law Terry W. Greene; and her siblings, Anna J. Lowe Pope, Helen M. Lowe Matheson, Juanita F. Lowe, Clara B. Lowe Anderson and James L. Lowe.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Joyce) of Lenoir and Eric (Stephanie) of Morganton; her sisters, Darlene Bentley (David) of Lenoir and Marla Greer (Larry) of Lenoir; her grandchildren, Chad Price, Becky of Connelly Springs, NC, Melissa Greene King (Todd) of Gamewell, Matthew Price (Danielle) of Lenoir, Jarrett Greene (Lacy) of Lenoir and Trent Price of Morganton, NC; her niece Larissa Sanders (A. J.) of Lenoir; and her great grandchildren, Hailey King, Caleb King, Emberlynn Greene and Cora Price. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and other family members.
