She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles Franklin Lovins; and her siblings, John Lewis Andrews, Jack Andrews, George Andrews, Jimmy Andrews, Pauline Laney, Jewel Sullivan and Francis Andrews.

She is survived by: her children, Kent Lovins (Donna), Chuck Lovins (Chad), Greg Lovins (Tammy) and Amy Wright (Major); and her grandchildren, Donny Lovins (Megan), Dawn Houck (Cory), Josh Lovins, Mark Coffey II (Brooklyn), Hunter Glenn (Brandon), Allie Wright, Aliyah Wright and Daniel Wright. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Lower Creek Baptist Church, 633 Lower Creek Drive, Lenoir, NC 28645 or First Baptist Church of Lenoir, 304 Main Street NW, Lenoir, NC 28645.
