He is survived by: his mother Ina Walsh Martin; his wife Tammy Oxentine Martin of Lenoir, NC; his sons, Daniel Willie Martin III, Trey Andrew Martin and Timothy Chad Mohar (Stacie); his siblings, Renee Martin Smith (Greg Shull) and Neal Martin (Beth); and his grandchildren, Lyllian Coral Martin, Landon Martin, Mya Elaine Martin and Elijah Payten Bennett. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
