He is survived by: his wife Dianne Dill of Hampton, SC; his children, Lee Anne Cathcart (Phil) of Greensboro, NC and Parker Dill (Maggie) of Durham, NC; and his grandson Daniel Lee Cathcart of Greensboro, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Children's Home Society of North Carolina & First United Methodist Church of Lenoir.
