He is survived by: his son Jason Phillips (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Jennifer Bollinger (Josh), Vanessa Phillips, Dawson Phillips and Lyndsay Phillips; his great grandchildren, Xander and Harlow Bollinger; his daughter-in-law Melody Foster; and his niece Jameia Branch (Dale).
