She is survived by: her children, Bea Phelps (Keith), Martha Ford (Mark), James Blake (Cindy) and Michael Blake (Donna); her grandchildren, Andrew, Hannah (Jason), Mackenzie (Beverly), Kevin (Mikayla), Kristen, Ben (Angie), Ashley (T. J.), Olivia, Misty of Jessica, JR and Teresa; and her siblings, Marie Bolick, Millie Madison, Rosemary Bentley, Jay Jr. Bean and Jack Bean. She is also survived by great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
