She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Parsons and Margaret Parsons; her husband Fred Edward Wilcox; her son Mike Minton; and her siblings, Harold Parsons and Joyce Frazier.
She is survived by: her children, William "Bill" Minton, Steven Wilcox (Kelly) and Nancy Oakley; her daughter-in-law Kathy Minton; her stepchildren, Frank Wilcox (Lindy) and Virginia Wilcox; her sister Levonne Greer England (Randolph); her sister-in-law Judith Fox; and her grandchildren, Kristen Correll, Wesley Oakley, Madison Minton, Mitchell Pope, Tony Wilcox and Joshua Wilcox. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
