She is survived by: her children, Larry Hamby (Catherine) of Lenoir and Janet Blades of Lenoir; her grandson Christopher Blades (Ginny) of Oakridge; her great grandchild Elliot Blades of Oakridge; and her sister Georgie Shatley (Wayne) of Lenoir. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
