She is survived by: her children, Charles Sparks (Brian Barlow), Laura Felder (Drake) and Shelia Hernandez; her husband John Dugger; her siblings, Mark Biddix (Joanna), Allen Biddix (Shirley), Elaine Lowrey, Mattie Lee Gurley, Debra Linville (Michael), Diane Ledford, Elizabeth Buchanan (Ronnie) and Evelyn Buchanan (Larry); and her grandchildren, Brittany Collins, Caleb Pearson (Kayla Pittman), Chelsea Pearson (Marty Suddreth), Jamal Felder (Katie McPeters), Joshua Collins and Makayla Tate. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Greer-McElveen Funeral Home (725 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greer-McElveen Funeral Home Chapel (725 Wilkesboro Blvd NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
