He is survived by: his wife Chris Bays; his children, Jeff Bays (Darlene) and Candy Walker (Arthur); his stepdaughters, Joyce Ramsey and Geri Ward (Matthew); and his grandchildren, Mandy Woody (Kurt), Kristy Miller (Gavin), Kyle Ramsey and Chase Ramsey.
