Phillips, Archie Phillips, Arvil Phillips, Slater C. Phillips, Ora Lea Phillips Livingston and Ruby Phillips Barus; and her granddaughter Jennifer Lea Davis.

She is survived by: her children, David D. Davis (Crystal), Jack A. Davis (Debbie), Bryan N. Davis and Jill Church (Randy); and her grandchildren, Nathan Church (Stephanie), Lauren Marley (Dustin), Meredith Calloway (Adam), Emily Davis and Jonathan Davis. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
