He was predeceased by: his mother Ethel Carroll Bradshaw; his wife Katie Clark Welch Bradshaw; his son Frankie Welch; and his brothers, Boyce, Roy and Wayne Bradshaw.
He is survived by: his father Coy Bradshaw; his children, Roger Bradshaw, Katrine Vivona and Tommy Welch (April); his brother Kenneth Bradshaw; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Bradshaw, Jessica Jolly (Eddie), Andrew Vivona (Kristina), Christopher Vivona (Alexa) and Thomas Welch II (Kerbey).
