He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Laws and Plummie Laws. He is survived by: his close friend Shirley Daniels; his son Tony Laws (Samantha); his grandchildren, Fisher Laws, Garison Laws and Abby "Sissy" Barlow; his siblings, Betty Setzer, Bryan Laws (Doris) and Alan Laws; and his former spouse Beverly Laws. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waterlife Church (1007 Morganton Blvd SW, Lenoir, NC 28645).
