He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas H. Dula and Virginia Triplett Dula; his wife Lynn Dula; his siblings, Steve Dula, Lee Roy Dula, Gordon Dula and Barbara Eckard; and his brother-in-law Roger Church.

He is survived by : his son Mark Dula (Iris Whitt); his sisters, Gwendolyn Church and Shirley Hackworth; and his grandchildren, Brandon and Breanna.
