Harold Rogers Barnhardt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Harold Rogers Barnhardt of Lenoir, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Barney" Ausley Barnhardt and Lucy Florence McMillan Barnhardt; his stepchildren, Tina Hodge and Charles McCloud; his stepgrandsons, Hunter McCloud and Eric Andrews; and his nephew Jimmy Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ann Burchette Barnhardt; his sons, Kris Barnhardt (Joan) and Robin Barnhardt (Christie); his stepson Mark McCloud; his sister Lucy Bush; his grandchildren, Chassidy Barnhardt, Samuel Barnhardt and Stephen Barnhardt; and his stepgrandchildren, Brandon McCloud, Curtis McCloud, Mercedes Warren, Austin McCloud, Dalton McCloud, Blake McCloud, Michael McCloud and Tyler Andrews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity United Methodist Church (901 Seehorn St NE, Lenoir, NC 28645).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Amorem Hospice, 902 Kirkwood St NW, Lenoir, NC 28645.
