He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his sons, Reverend Terry Kale (Kim) and Michael D. Kale (Cindy); his siblings, Wallace Kale (Lisa) and Betty Myers; his grandchildren, Colt, Rebecca, Nathaniel, Haleigh, Abby and Payton; his great grandchild Wyatt; his stepchildren, Cindy Price (Robert), Amy Skinner (Jay) and Robert Gilbert; and his stepgrandchildren, Kelly, Michael, Veronica, Cheyenne, Ashley, Jordan, Joseph, Trinity, Jessica, Scarlett, Jayce and Tegan.
