He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Martha Byerly and Paul Hunter Moore. He is survived by: his parent Wendy Byerly; his siblings, Amber Moore (Stephen Kirby), Jesse Moore and Will Moore (Kaylen Shuping); his siblings' child Kinsley Lester; his grandmother Lorraine Moore; his aunts and uncles, Melissa "Lisa" Norwood (Stevie Norwood), Robbie, Chrissy Byerly, Kimberly Hope, Michael Higgins and Nikki Angley Allen; his cousins, Morgan Higgins, Ben Byerly and Brady Byerly; his children, Peyton and Westin; his caregiver Lisa Salyer; and also Matt Salyer. He is also survived by several great aunts and uncles.
