He is survived by: his wife Kathy Scarberry; his children, Larry Fenner (Jessica) of Lenoir, Jacob Fenner (Caitlyn) of Lenoir, Julie Fenner, Beth Tester and Connie Townsend; and his grandchildren, Samantha Lewis of Lenoir, Abigail Fenner of Lenoir, Lillian Fenner of Lenoir, John Rodriguez of Lenoir, Joanna Rodriguez of Lenoir, John Tester Elijah Tester of Lenoir and Logan Scarberry of Lenoir.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Mackie Funeral Service (35 Duke St, Granite Falls, NC 28630).
